    please look at my diet , need help !!!!

    im 27 yr old male 17%bf 218lbs , im on 100 mg week deratestryl for low testosterone , take .25 ldex e3d for estrogen control, on 80mg of diovan for elevated blood pressure , take centrum multi vitaim , 50 mg zinc,

    8am - 2 scoops whey - 1 cup instant oatmeal no sugar

    11am - chicken grilled , 1/2 cup brown rice , 1/2 cup boccoli

    12pm - workout 40 min - 20 min cardio

    130pm - 2 scoops whey , 2 cups apple juice

    4pm - chicken grilled , 1/2 cup brown rice , broccoli

    7pm - fish , chicken or lean steak , broccoli , 1 tsp flax

    10 pm - 2 scoops whey , 1 tsp flax

    this is what i have came up with researching this board and others , what do you think , i want to get down to 10% in 3 months ,

    looks pretty good to me. try and figure out your calorie, protein, and carb intake for each meal. also i would try and do the cardio seperate from your workout and bump it up to 30-45 mins.

    Don't know what you looked at to get that from this location, but I'd refer to the cutting sticky atop the page for general assistance, as it's outline has helped many, and you could use it's influence.

    ok should i see more results from doing cardio on a empty stomach then after workout ?

    also should my bp drop once i get down to around 10% ?

    1) Yes, provided your diet is correct and your cardio is of the right type

    2) Have no idea, but keep checking it as you progress

    what kind of cardio , and if i follow this diet 7 days a week will one cheat meal , i should lose weight , the test will help also right once i start training ?

    ive just been prescribed androgel will that help me with my body weight, as far as loosing fat around my mid section,and gaining lean body mass, is it a good steriod

    Androgel is sh*t, sorry to say, and it will NOT amazingly make you lose fat and gain lean muscle.

    Only a sound dietary and training approach will do that.

    Androgel is old, outdated, and weak. Nothing against you at all personally, I'm just commenting on the prescription. My buddy had that like 4 years ago, it was useless.

    I agree on the androgel , if you're on HRT talk to your doctor about cyp injections, he'd probably give you 100mg a week for an HRT dose or at the highest 200mg a week if you have a really good doc Androgel is utter crap.

    will the 100mg enanthate week help me cut with ldex , im taking ldex cause i have high estrogen levels ?

    I don't think that it will make you cut, that all depends on a good balanced diet and hard training. Test will just help with strength, never taken 100mg wk though?
