Before and after cardio??
I can only do cardio at 11am... By that time i already eat two meals
8am - 8 egg whites/flax oil
10am - total protein whey cereal + oatmeal
after cardio i have a protein shake with flax oil....
What should i have to eat at my 10am meal and after cardio??? Thanks.

oh Btw i am trying to gain lean mass.... I am 190 5'11 about 14% bf... I will post my diet in another thread...

well, on an empty stomach for your cardio would be optimum....but since you cant I would just do something light and hour before the cardio with some slow release carbohydrates...afterwards...hit a protein shakes w/ a little dextrose.

Whatever you do, don't eat cereal and oatmeal before cardio.

Thanks.. I am going to try to do cardio first thing mwfs... but the other days it is going to be tuff....
So i should avoid all carbs till after cardio

Yep, Try to stick to mainly protein/fat meals around times of cardio(preferably nothing before cardio, but definately protein/fat after cardio) and then mainly protein/carb meals aroudn times when you're lifting weights.
