    bulking diet advice

    Meal 1 - 6 eggs both white and yolk, nlarge protein shake

    Meal 2- chicken breast/ground beef/steak, veggies, and fruit smoothie with 1 tbsp of pure EFA oil.

    Meal 3- tuna, mayo, 1/2 cup of rice

    workout if im doing it that day

    Meal 4- PWO shake again nlarge, mixed nuts or cashews

    Meal 5- chicken breast/ground beef/steak, veggies, and fruit smoothie with 1 tbsp of pure EFA oil.

    Meal 6- 2-3 sandwiches with 1/2 cup of rice, some more nuts or cashews

    any critique would be great thanks.

    i have already read the sticky here are some mods to my diet any feedback would be great thanks

    Meal 1 - 6 eggs both white and yolk, 1 cup oatmeal

    keep in mind that right now im only 165lbs and with this diet i have been gaining about 1 pound a week so i think its working. btw the rice is measured uncooked

    holy crap you're a hard gainer!! Just looking at that i think im going to gain weight.

    make sure you're getting in 2-2.5g protein a day

    He said he gained a pound a week. if he seperated i dont think it would help with gaining more weight.

    looks like he is a hard hard gainer so he can do stuff us mesos cant

    either he is a hardgainer or he hasnt read the sticky!! dont assume something he didnt state and he still needs to get rid of those fats pwo whether he is a hardgainer or not

    just meat and mayo on my sandwiches. yes i have read the sticky, i am a very hard gainer i need carbs and fat mixed together in order to grow. ok good advice ive droped the nuts pwo and added them to meal 8.

    that clears up the hardgainer question, but ya thats a good idea to get the fats out of post workout. also could you give me the nutritional facts of Nlarge.

    ok nlarge2 nutritional facts are
    600 calories, 52g protein, 5g fat, 88g carbs

    30grams of the carbs are sugar, i read that you should double the sugar compared to protein so should i add some dextrose?

    yea dextrose would be what you need at a 2:1 dextroserotein ratio. I would use Whey with the dextrose instead of the weight gainer, but i don't know if you have any whey protein or want to purchase so maybe someone else could chime in and let him know if the Nlarge will be ok postworkout due to the complex carbs that are in it

    I would stick with the weight gainer for a while the nlarge is fine read up on it
