How Protein Can Be Taken At Once?
I read somewhere that it's 35g per 2 hours? But then I'll see meals in M&F and Flex that have like 50g of protein per serving etc. So how much can be taken in at once and used?

well what should I type in because I've tried a few things and have come up with nothing except "IS MY DIET GOOD?" "AM I DOING THIS RIGHT?"

It varies from person to person. You have to mess around with it and see what works for you. As you grow, you will have to increase the protein to accomodate the new muscle.

You have to remember that using roids ups protein synthesis, also taking their slin shuttles all the nutrients into their muscles. The human body will make use if you are training properly. I am not sure that those studies are right anyway as I have also heard of 20g of protein can be utilized per hour... Alot of factors that research and experience will shed light on.

I believe in 30-40 per sitting naturally...but like Mesomorphyl said if youre cycling with steroids , certain ones, protein synthesis is through the roof and your body will utilize much more protein at each sitting and overall throughout the day.

i can do about 60+ every 2 hrs fairly well but im on gear >< when im not on gear i dont exceed 40g pro per meal
