    worst calories/eating strategies

i thought a good idea for a thread would be to post in here some of the worst sources of calories are, include a healthful substitute, and hopefully make a list eventually. i'll start with some that i know.

    soda
    good replacement: diet soda

    ice cream
    replacement: sugar free popsicles

    potatoes
replacement: mashed cauliflower (boil in chicken stock and olive oil and spices)

i'll keep trying to think of more but i'm beat now.
