    what to eat after gym?

    what should i eat in the am right after my workout?

    okay thats what i take- wasn't sure if i should eat a meal.

    After your shake, ingest a PPWO meal of a lean protein (chicken, etc) with a low GI carbs such as brown rice, yams, oats, etc... about an 1/1.5 hours later..

    Read the sticky,, Simple sugars dextrose/glucose100g depending on body part trained,, and some protein 40-50g,

    yams and brown rice arent low gi' but they are complex.. ><

    Steamed brown rice, yams, and oats are all around a 50 on the GI scale...
