1.5 would be 353g protein. bulking or cutting?
as much as you can take in..
8 meals a day.. every meal will be with protein
350-500 g..

There is no set ammount for anyone one person. Everyone is different, just get a good starting point like mentioned below 1.5-2g of protein per lb of bodyweight, and adjust from there. Watch your body and see what ammounts work best for you. Good luck :lift:
