    What are some of the best things to do to preserve muscle during cutting?

    When I cut pretty soon...it will be after a test e cycle. So what are the best things I can do / The best supplements I can take (aside from AAS) that will preserve most if not all of my muscle while I cut?

    low dose test..

    or low dose

    dbol .. 15mg in the morning when you first wake..

    or

    low dose var 10mg ed..

    don't allow more than 4 hours to pass without eating some type of food..

    that's the real key..

    Proper PCT and Diet are the #1 factors, as well as sleep.......

    dbol while cutting is not ideal!

    follow the cutting sticky at the top as close as you can..thats why its there

    Also you could add, creatine and glutamine and if you are cutting consider Clen , It has anti catabolic effects.

    creatine sucks, it can dehydrate you really quick in the summer ifyou dont watch it and drink **** loads of water

    Ive never had that problem with creatine but i also drink lots of water. i use it while off cycle. If anything it might bloat you some but it will certainly help you keep muscle. That was the original question..

    The best advice which I don't know why no one has said is take your time with the cutting. Don't try to do too much at one time, just go slow and take your time with the cutting process and you'll spare almost all the muscle.

    try to aim for the lose of 1lb of fat a week and extremely easy cardio for an hr in mornin on empty .. eat high pro regularly.

    Low doses of dbol while cutting is certainly ideal. I lost 15lbs AND increased strength in the gym at the same time while following a cutting diet and taking 15mg of dbol every morning.

    dude, this probably isnt what you wanna be hearing, but without AAS your bound to lose a significant amount of muscle cutting no matter what supplement your on. But the best thing you can do is eat enough protien to feed an army, and get sleep. Oh yeah, and stay heavy in the gym. Even if you feel burnt out or tired, try to force yourself to stay heavy at least every other wk or so.

    i don't juice, but even if i did (when i do) i will never take dbol while cutting b/c of the bloating. and also are you talking dbol only?
