does this look right? 50/30/20 p/c/f
for 1st cycle test/eq/dbol
160lbs x 20cals = 3200cals total
3200 x .50 = 1600cals protein (400gram protein)
3200 x .30 = 960cals carbs (240gram carbs)
3200 x .20 = 640cals fat (71gram fat)
Goals:GAIN MUSCLE !!!!! keep fat gain relatively low,since i gain fat fast
any suggestions ????

get you some good metamyosin protien like the met-rx protien plus or whatever brand you like you don't want to much on your belly before bed but you need something. i would get all my complex carbs in before my workout then hit your fiberous. don't do any complex carbs after 8pm. hope this has been helpful.
