Please give me your advice...
Do you think 1 hour of low impact cardio post PM workout will waste muscle?
Will muscle be wasted if I'm on AAS, Glutamine, clen, adequate protein intake?
What do you recommend?
In the past I would walk (3.5-3.8 on the treadmill) for 1 hour 5-6x a week. This would work for me with proper diet.
I made some good gains this winter and I want to of course try to keep all of it. Being realistic, I know that is near impossible....Tell me what you think
