Need help
Hey guys, just turning to you, because I need a little advice. I am getting a hair transplant next Thursday, and I can't lift for the next 2 weeks. Also no supplements of any kind (other than protein shakes). Anyways, I am cutting and just need some advice on what I should do for the next 2 weeks. Should I restrict calories farther since I will not be burning as many? Or should I up the carbs to prevent catabolism? I am just worried about going catabolic. Just keep in mind I can't use clen , ECA, do cardio or lift any sort of weights. Just help me out with some different options guys. I really appreciate it.

If I were in your shoes I would just eat Carbs for meals 1-3 and eat pro/fat for 4-6. That's my only suggestion lol
