Advise On Curent Diet
ok, i posted this question in another thread, but seen this forum and thought it would be better asked here.....

ok, incrased to 500 a week today "Sustanon 250"
just curious what you "vets" think about my diet......grant it it could be better, but I work in Iraq and somtimes I gotta get creative with meal replacemnets, cuz i may be out on the road, but i think Im doing ok for a rookie...........I seriously dont think i could stomach anymore food that Im eating, but I'd like some advise on it anyway!
ok, Breakfast 0630
6 whole eggs,/cheese 2-3 pieces of bread
bout 0700
protien shake and half a Nitro tech bar
round 10, I eat my pre-lunch
Macaroni and a chiken breast
Lunch: mostly in Army Chow Halls
Whatever meat is on: Rice or pasta......eat till Im stuffed
round 1400....(2:00 PM)
Nitro tech Bar 35 gms protien
1600 (4:00 PM)
chicken breast, and or Can of Tuna on bread w/ mayo
1800 (6:00 PM) i drink a carbo rush and do my work out: useually one major group a day somtimes 2....ex. CHEST & TRI'S.......next day.....Shoulders........etc.......
1930 (7:30 PM)
1 lbs Ribeye steak "med rare" 3 potatos, or rice......or Mac
2100 (9:00 PM)
Protein Shake
2200.........lights out, hit the rack till 0'dark 30 and start again
Like I said, somtimes its more Nitro tech bars than others in between the big 4 meals i eat, about 3 shakes a day, along with a carbo rush

There are sticky's atop this forum that will answer most of your questions as i guess you are bulking, but take a look at those b/c your diet needs some work

I gotta know your stats ie BF weight how far along cycle you are to tell you what to do.
but that diet isnt a diet more of a eat till i gain weight and i dont care if half is fat.
but whatever works works... read stickies

so you are bulking with no concern of body fat or are you worried about gaining fat?

looks pretty decent to me read the stickys. immediatly after workout have a protein shake

LOL ok click diet questions and go to the top of the page it will say IMPORTANT in red letters with about 10 threads in there, look for the bulking diet one it has tons of great info
