Several part questions ill try to get as direct as possible.
PWO = protien shake?
you talk alot about insulin levels, is it true they spike after you work out?
What is insulin?
Why is it important when building muscle?
You also talk about glutamin i think i spelt it right
What is glutamin?
Do carbs and sugars tie intogether? (i was reading the cutting post and i hear them mentioned)
Can someone explain to me why carbs are important or why there not important i hear vague explanations on them.
