    insulin levels and glutamin? please help

    Several part questions ill try to get as direct as possible.

    PWO = protien shake?

    you talk alot about insulin levels, is it true they spike after you work out?

    What is insulin?
    Why is it important when building muscle?

    You also talk about glutamin i think i spelt it right

    What is glutamin?
    Do carbs and sugars tie intogether? (i was reading the cutting post and i hear them mentioned)

    Can someone explain to me why carbs are important or why there not important i hear vague explanations on them.

    i reread my post and i can sense some insulting regarding my carb post.

    When your cuttin you said carbs arn't important but they are important after working out? i beleive this is what i got out of this. Can i get a fairly brief explanation on carbs and what they do to your body.

    I'd do a search here bro, or an Internet search on all of the topics you wish to learn about. It's probably best that way so you understand all of the concepts inside/out, not just a quick "cliffnotes" type of report.
