Hey guys im eating straight from the sticky plan on cutting. I am at around 11% bf how fast should i except to drop down around 7-8%? I am doing cardio 5 x a week 45 mins a day. And im currently on a prop/tren/prim0/anavar cycle?

About 6 weeks or so I would imagine if you are already 11%, as you only have 4% bf to lose to get to 7. Actually it could quite possibly be done in 4 weeks, but if you do it a little slower you'll retain all your muscle mass and possibly gain a little.
