    amount of fat gained while bulking?

    Hey guys i know im gonna get a alot of different anwers here, but how much fat do u guys usually gain while doing a clean bulk?

    Depends on how clean it is........ usually between 1 and 4% by the end. Just depends on how long I'm bulking for.

    The only time I bulked on purpose (eating whatever) was when I went from 217 to 292 in about 6 weeks.

    Oh what fun!

    Depends....... I mean you don't necessarily have to get sickly fat just because you want to get bigger. A lot of people use bulking as an excuse to get fat, when in reality if you gain weight slowly and do it right you don't need to put on a lot of excess bodyfat.

    Yes, when I got to almost 300, I used "bulking" and coming in 2nd in a competition as an excuse to eat the world.

    LOL @ LMO.

    This weight gain was also because of the assistance of the "rebound" affect from having just done a show and being all dehydrated and dieting clean as h*ll for quite a while.

    I just remember starting to eat like mad on November 8th, and by New Year's Day I was 293. So, it was closer to 8 weeks, but still it's a lot to put on so fast. Needless to say, when I slept it was hard as h*ll to breathe when I would lay flat, so I had to sleep elevated.

    holy shieat, did you eat whenever and whatever or did you still seperate carbs and fat etc..

    The only thing I seperated was two buns to add more ketchup to the cheeseburgers.
