    Wifey needs some diet help.

Ok. I can eat fine. Tuna, oats, pb is good with me but I am not sure she can stick to that kind of a nazi diet. She has lost 10lbs and is now frustrated because it has stopped. Quick history. She almost died of an eating disorder 10 years ago so I need to be careful what I tell her. She has put on a lot of weight with the ED recovery and two kids.

She is now 5'7" and weighs 160lbs and in her late 30s. She wants to lose 30 lbs. Diet is inconsistent and consists of yogurt, cereal, chicken, etc. She tends to cheat somedays but won't admit to it. She is currently doing cardio in the AM 3 days a week for 30-45 mins. I told her to up it to an hour.

What is a good diet for a woman like this? I can help her with the weights and cardio, but how do women eat without going crazy? There is no way she could have my kind of diet. Thanks.

I'll need to see a pic of her breasts in order to give an educated opinion.

Why do I need advice? Ok..you ready?

    1) I am not a woman
    2) I have never had an eating disorder
    3) I have never given birth
    4) We do not have the same goals (she wants to lose fat and I am just becoming an anabolic monster)

Oh...did I mention 1-4? Different sex, past dieting problems, goals, etc. That is why I need advice for her.

ha just give her a simple clean diet
the occasional yogurt here and there, lean meats, beef jerky, lotsa veggies, no MILK, fat free cottage cheese, Low Sugar/0 Sugar foods, RAW NUTS , have her avoid starches, eat often, and drink LOTSA water.
    now how hard was that?
clean diet/Low cal/ Eat often done!
