Going skiing for 2 days. How do I prevent muscle loss?

I'll be skiing 5-6 hours a days 2-3 hours at a time. Im a pretty hardcore skiier.. spend a lot of time on moguls.. Every time I go skiing I lose several lbs.. I'd rather put on a little fat as long as I don't lose muscle. I'll obviously load up on carbs during the day but what about during skiing? Should I be drinking gatorade or something? My normal diet is almost identical to LMO's bulking diet. Any recommendations as to how I should change it?

i disagree L-glutamine is good, just depends when you take them , If i were you bro I would probably take a weight gainer like nlarge II right before you go skiing and after, its got tons of carbs and protein. just from 2 shakes you have 1200 calories back in you

in the morning and some time during the day with some food is good, as long as you dont add it iwth a shake its fine IMO.
