Meal 1: replace oats for a couple of yolks.. pro/fat pst'cardio, well if you are on a STRICT cutting diet
meal 3: should not be pro shake w/ flax but simple carbs and protein I.E. Fat Free Cottage cheese for a nice arrray of amino's.
Meal 7: Most likely you are taking in Whey Isolate protein and it will be readily processed in 30min or so mebe 45 w/ flax included, that ='s a long night w/o protein.
Try a lean meat source and some quality fat i would use Natty PB w/ a turkey breast or chicken breast. Natty PB has fiber as well as fat to slow down protein synthesis through out the night keeping the muslces happy.

You say that about meal 3 because of it being too close to his pwo drink?

I personaly think meal 3 is fine if it is 2 1\2-3 hrs apart from pwo drink.

lifting ... unless your doing Circet training which is fine i guess for women... requires good source of instant eneryg/atp, i wouldnt recomend this to come from a fat pro source by any means but possibly a pro/carb source of moderately high GI Carbs and a good long lasting source of protien ~30-40 min prior to working out not a large quanity but maybe 1-2 servings of FatFree cottage cheese or like.
Now if he is doing cardio he wants to take in a Pro/Fat meal 3-4hrs before this activity in the hopes of reaching the stage of lipolysis to utilized as much fat as possible as energy.

you say pro/fat after cardio on cutting? I thought pro/carb after cardio....get your carbs in first meal of the day. Am I missing something?

Tai....i know what it is but no mater what kind of meal you eat 45 mins to an hour later...lypolisis will end. So why pro/fat vs pro/carb as meal 1?

    It can be either

but most people do have pro/carb meal 1 because of limited carb intake.

Yep, that is what I thought. Breakfast and pwo dex is the only time I get any substantial carbs in my day.
