Vitamin water

Is it good to drink? I really like the taste but I noticed it does have some carbs/sugars in it.

I have had it, I'm too cheap to buy it. I like it, the carbs are minimal and beat the tar out of real pepsi or coke. I would drink it all the time of it was cheaper.

I think its all a bunch of bullshyt. If your taking your vitamins like your supposed to i dont see how its helping u in any way.
Prob just telling yourself its good so u wouldnt feel guilty after drinking it.

Id stay away from them unless its ur cheat day.......

ima make my own and use flinstone vitamins.. call it "Colorful healthy mineral stone age water from the past of the future!" or something like that.
