NeeD Protein Idea's
choking down 600g pro a day aint a picnic.. anyone got any tips tricks or ideas on how to get easy protein ..
i mean last night i got home late tired didnt wanna eat so i take 8oz water 1 can tuna 1 scoope whey 2tbs flax oil and 12grams of 3 different types of fiber.. throw in blender and yes i drank it... NEVER doing that again.

ground beef has a good amount of protein in a cup. other than that id say all you could do is eat more meals or substitute in shakes...
or add a scoop of whey to, say, 3 meals a day.

eat very frequently...protein with every meal.
if you absolutely can't work it out, start having a 50g whey shake in between your normal meals. that'll bump it up (though i'd prefer real food over shakes any day).

Jesus christ bro, I'd ditch some of that protein for carbs or fats... your kidneys must hate you..
