    lasagne

me and my friends have what we call lasagne night once a week, its where we all buy ourselves one family sized lasagne, stouffers brand :P, it has 2300 calories, 150g's proteinn, and 200 grams carbs in it, dont remember the fat sodium etc, i know the body can only synthesize like 50 grams of protein every 4 hours, i was just curious as to if eating all this in one serving is bad for you or not, cause i got in an argument with my friend earlier and he was saying its bad and blah blah, so was just curious, but yea its def tasty, and filling :P

Its so many calories, the extra has to go to fat... UNLESS you're an ectomorph, then you can get away with a hell of a lot more than most people. Depends on your body.

Ya maybe you would get fat if you did it on a regular basis, once a week should not do much harm bro. You gotta eat a nice meal now and then, enjoy yourself. Balancing diet with sanity is key. You will end up just binging out if you dont eat something that you enjoy now and then...IMO

I don't see a problem with it man. Unless you are on a severe cutting diet..whats the worst that can happen? Like you said, you'll be burning all the fat off anyways. Unless you're cutting for a show or something related, I see no reason to avoid a cheat meal now and then.

If it's a cheat day, who cares.

Only YOU know what you can get away with, no one else does. I could speculate until my balls turned blue, but that wouldn't give an adequate/true answer anyhow.
