    Eggs question

When cutting, is it still ok to eat whole eggs or should it be you just eat the whites. How healthy and fats from eggs. Is it good or bad.

One egg has about 6 grams of protien. 3 grams are in the egg white and 3 grams are in the egg yolk. The egg white does not contain any fat but the yolk contains 5 grams of fat. If you are on a low fat diet than the yolks are bad, otherwise they are fine.

When I was trying to loose massive amouints of weight, I didn't worry about fat - at all. By keeping the carbs low, my fat came off- regardless of how much fat I ate. To get the last bit of fat off like going blow 11 or 12% is trickier, and more elements need to come into play.

A lot of people discuss diets for this and I suspect that it isn't really so relevent for many of the board readers who are trying to cut starting at 20% bf.
