    swole i need your help!!!!!

    what should i eat before my photo shoot?????/?


    i am leaving tomorrow and the shoot is not until monday. I am packing all food to take with me, so what could i do?? My current diet is basically the cutting sticky, but today i only had 1 carb meal b/c cardio only day. i have a workout tomorrow and after that i don't know what to eat for the rest of the weekend b/c i want my muscles full but i dont want to gain fat b/c of no physical activity for 2 straight days!

    you can load up on carbs before the shoot to make the muscles appear more dense and full. someone can prolly answer your ? better than that on here.

    yea but will whole natural brown rice cakes work since i will be on the road???

    Since your on the road I would use the rice cakes with some type of jam. I would use dandelion root and have a cup of black coffee the morning of the shoot. The morning before I would not have any water untill after the shoot, just coffee. This should do the trick.

    It's impossible to speculate what you should do w/out knowing wtf you look like as of now.

    Really, it's a preparation that should begin 7 days out, such as in my "7 Days to Ultimate Leanness" article in T-Mag.
