    A can of spaghettios

Man I can almost feel the flames now just typing that title but listen.

Would it be terrible to have a can of spaghettios and meatballs everyday?

It almost compares to 4 eggs?

the protein content is 22 grams
    Carbs 64 grams
    fat 16grams
    Calories liek 480

    All per can

Thats not too bad is it?

Im not trying to cut, but not trying to get FAT either.

    Thanks

Eggs don't have processed carbs, this product does.

    Bottom line, it's pure sh*t.

It's like comparing a snickers to a chicken breast.

Did you know that heart attacks weren't heard of until processed flour was introduced into man's diet.

    Pick something else.

Hey Swole, how about keto or wheat pasta....with minimal sauce and lean ground beef?

Jugg, that's fine if you are on a bulking/maintenance diet, sure.

For cutting I'd limit pasta for sure no matter what the kind.

I was thinking bulking for that as well. When I'm trying to bring the weight down I cut out all pasta and everything with prcessed flour in it.

    Thanks bro.
