I see you took my advice and posted your layout here instead of the workout forum. That is great!

Now, I'd look atop the page at the stickies. Those are the posts marked "IMPORTANT" in red lettering.

Choose either the bulking approach or cutting and look @ the proposed general guidelines. Either one of those is a VAST IMPROVEMENT over your approach here.

Not sure who your trainer is, but my guess is that nutrition is NOT his strongpoint.

    Good luck!

by doing excatly what swole suggested above - read the stickys at the top of the page and decide whether you would like to take a cutting or bulking approach.

Sorry for being a pain I know you might think I am stupid or something but I want to be percise on this it is important to me amd I do not want to make mistakes.

My meal 4 is a post workout meal in the sample meal 3 is!. How do I change this meaning what do I need before and after workouts.
My eating schedule is off time because of my work hours so I need to adapt somehow.

    Ok
Let me be more specific do I have carbs before or aftedr my workout?.
Do I need carbs for energy before workout since I will do cardio as well?
I cannot eat rice or yams after workout since that will be my meal before bedtime so when do I put it in?

As you can see My schedule is not a normal one that is why i would like to get some help if possible.

    Wow, very well said ~SC~!!!

You mean all he has to do is read the guidelines and all of his questions will be answered?

Amazing!! This technology stuff is amazing.

In addition, should he not consult the trainer that put him on this diet to begin with? For some reason I see that as being very key to it all.

    Your #1 fan,
