    how i went from 14-15% to 8-9% 5 weeks!

    waist went from 35 to 31 inch waist ....
    arsanol: 40mg var, 75mg t3 and 120mcg clen .
    ate nothing but natural peanut butter and whey protien the whole time. had one refreed day a week to from homeostasis reasons. just started adding carbs to pre and post workout. i eat 6 times a day 3 tbls per serving, with 40g protien each meal.

    supps: multi vit, vit a,c,d,e polocsinol, milk thirstle, fish oils, .

    30 min cardio right after workout... just added a second session of cardio at night of 45 min. lots of super sets and 30 sec rests between sets, that way by the time i get to cardio i have been burning fat for about 20 min already!

    my next goal will be bulking.... lean bulking, im tired up bulking then having to try loose so muc fat.
    arsonol: test prop 500mg/week tren 75mg/eod followed by dnp end of cycle.
    caloried will be 20% above the amount of cals i burn per day at a resting heart rate. any more usful info on lean bulking (i know about the sticky) will be awsome! plan on getting to 4% before i start bulking again.

    Good work, I don't think I would do it, but one comment. I think you are mistaking on your T3 dosage. 75mg's would send you in to a thyroid storm for sure and probaly kill you.

    Your cutting plan definitely works. You are in a big calorie deficit, so you will definitely cut up with this. If you have good base muscles it works, cause u r losing muscle and fat. So for the short run that works. In the long run you are right to try to start buling again to get back some of what you lost and maybe a bit more.

    but all i did was add hydroxycut and i ate wutever i wanted

    muscle loss on this diet is non existant since protien is high, and var is in place. through the entire process my arms have actually stayed the same size. chest wents from 47 to 46. i actually gained a lil bit of lbm through my calculations. at the end i was started losing just a tad bit, thats why i added the carbs pre and post workout for insulin spike.

    ya, iy was late... 75 mcg... i dont think they even make anything past 120 mcg tabs. i have an abnormal thyroid as it is, so it was like taking maybe 30mcg for me

    absolutly, this diet works.... but it is a DIET and nothing else, you have to follow it to a T. there are certain calculations to determine how many tbs of natty pnb you should have through the day. if anyone is interested lemme know. i know one problem ppl were asking about was the hunger issue... its not an issue, the fats not only give you energy but they satisfy your hunger. the macro nutrients for this diet come out on top... basically diffrent variation of ckd

    I have been ****ing around with 200+mcg combined with clenbuterol around 160mcg/day(yeah it was stupid as hell, didnt know how to diet and just relied on supps and super sups and got ireggular heart rythem and **** like that), so 75mcg is a pretty moderate dosage. Many acctualy do recomend 1mcg/pound lean bodyweight.

    I've done something similiar. only with a whey dextrose shake PWO and a whey/oats shake PPWO. I retained all my LBM, i was starving at first but then i got used to it. To be honest, i have a hard time cutting when its not all shake based. I used shake/flag shake/almonds for my pro/fat meals.

    I hate eating cutting foods, so this is how i usually do it.

    Interesting idea. Have to give that a try the last few weeks of my diet if I can afford it. But then again whey protein is cheaper then meat protein generaly. Only tuna protein is cheaper where I live.

    Did you cycle the clen or did you runt it at 120mcg all through the cycle??

    for the most part i ran 100mcg throughout the cycle, no breaks. i was taking ketatofien also to cleans the receptors.

    I prefer to use solid whole food to keep the metabolism humming along while dieting.

    Liquid would have me @ a snail's pace.

    Ok just curious because syntethic vitamins are alot inferior to vitamins from natural sources...
