Peanut Butter vs. White Rice!?
im 120lbs hardgainer .. i wanna gain muscles but i dont care if i gained fat coz i have lets say 4% body fat.. i just want to gain mass (muscles or fat i dont care alot)
Peanut Butter 2 tablespoons
190 caolries, 7 carbs, 8 protien, 16 fat
Rice, white, cooked 1/2 cup
130 calories, 29 carbs, 3 protien, 0 fat
u can see that only two spoons of butter has calories/protien/fat much more than 1/2 cup of white rice
i have bad appetite. so taking 2 or even 4 spoons is much much better than 1/2 cup to me
is it ok to replace 2-4 spoons of butter with rice?? ill still eat rice but instead of 5 cups or rice/day ill take 2 cups/day + 4 spoons of butter (3 times/day)
thats my diet incase u need it.. but im doing some changes on it

It should be ok but i am no diet expert. Why not consume both since you obviously need the extra protein carbs and cals?

The board is usually a little slow on the weekends. GIve it some time and one of the diet gurus will give it some input.

hey there.bro you cant compare them , cos one is a fat an one is a carb.
so why dont you eat both at diffrent times an eat both with protein.
so you will have a protein an fat meal an a protein an carb meals.hope it helps you.or even better post your diet up.An you will get more help.
