Butter Substitutes?
Which Butter substitute product is the best?
Can't belive its not butter
Country Crock
Margerine
etc, etc.
I get confused looking at all the different labels, trans fats, sat fats, etc.
Anyone know which one is the healthiest out of all the widely available brands?
Thanks!

take a look at that new butter substitute made of omega 3's, 6's, & 9's. It looks promising. I cut out butter about 5 years ago and just recently tried using butter buds imitation butter powder. It's nothing spectacular, once you give up on butter it's pretty easy to stay away from it.

I'd have to say no butter is healthy...I just use i cant believe its not butter spray. cals, etc is like nothing for a couple sprays, and it tastes just like butter...
