    Peanut butter

In my ****hole of a country, I can only get 2 brands of peanut butter. One tastes like **** so we'll count it out!

Neither one has a good label.

    It says :

Ingredients : sugar, salt, peanuts, no conservatives,100g is 2500 kj..........
Its crunchy, but no layer of oil on top!

Is it good? Can I use it for pro/fat with my shahe for cutting?

It is so easy to make your own- y bother with that crap? Do you own a blender? Just put roasted peanuts in there and run it for a couple minutes. No salt - tastes more like fresh peanuts!. Better yet, try the same trick with almonds, best almond butter you have ever had.

Honestly, not much less. Let's look at the effort involved:

Open peanut jar (I feel wiped out already)
Pour peanuts into blender (I am dieing)
Turn on switch (this is more cumbersome than a 4 hour workout)
Turn off switch (you get my point)
    Empty contents into jar.

The entrire process is 5 minutes tops.

Also easier to stay home and watch TV than it is to work out. I suppose you need to make choices in life.

Honestly, you will find it well worth the small effort, especially when al you are abble to buy is the Croation PB.

That's not natty PB..... as there is sugar and salt added...

I would definitely cut it out if I were you... esecially when you're using it so much in your proposed diet...

Either make your own PB, or, substitute another form of fat instead, such as Udo's Oil/Flax Oil/Almonds/Olive Oil etc... there are many out there to choose from that are better choices IMO...

try almond butter. It is a better a fat source than pb and tastes great. Your diet seems to have too much fat. You need to figure out the %'s. I would be willing to bet you are way over 20%. 2 tbsp. = about 17g fat.
