2 small scoops ice cream

2 teaspoons olive oil

Personally I dont like it. Why drink low fat milk? I assume the ice cream is to add sugar - was that your intent? Low fat milk then high fat cream and sugar.Quote:

What you have presented is very poor IMO....
yeah, if that's a PWO meal, that wouldn't be good IMO... you should have no fat in the PWO meal and i see you have ice cream and 2 spoons of olive oil.
