can someone take a look at my diet,please
ive been dieting for about a month now along with am cardio.
cutting btw
7.00 1/2cup of oats /protein shake
10.00am breast of chicken/nuts
1.00pm breast of c/nuts orange or banana
3.00pm shake with olive oil
5.30pm chicken wrap mostly with spicey sauce(i eat at teatime what my mum makes me,this could be were im going wrong but she wants me to eat her dinner :dg: )sometimes potatoes meat etc
7.30train
9.00 shake /gloucose
10.00 1/2 cup oats
