    GOOD
    10.00am breast of chicken/nuts
ALMONDS, OR FLAX WOULD BE GOOD HERE (W/ CHICKEN).
1.00pm breast of c/nuts orange or banana
I WOULD DROP THE FRUIT & NUTS, ADD SOME FIBROUS GREENS.
    3.00pm shake with olive oil
OK. I WOULD EAT 2CANS OF TUNA WITH MAYO...
5.30pm chicken wrap mostly with spicey sauce(i eat at teatime what my mum makes me,this could be were im going wrong but she wants me to eat her dinner )sometimes potatoes meat etc
WHAT DOES THE WRAP CONSIST OF?
    7.30train
WHERE IS YOUR PWO NUTRITION? DEX & WHEY HERE... 40-45G OF WHEY, 80-90G OF DEX... 15MINS PWO.
    9.00 shake /gloucose
    MAKE THIS A PRO/CARB MEAL. RICE/OATS/YAMS & LEAN PROTEIN LIKE CHICKEN/STEAK ETC...
    10.00 1/2 cup oats
I WOULD SUBSTITUTE A WHEY SHAKE AND 2TBL. OF FLAX OR NATTY PB...
CARBS THIS LATE ISN'T GREAT BRO, ESPECIALLY BEFORE BED.
    bed

anygood flame away and improve please.thanks
How long are you waiting to eat your pro/carb meal after cardio? I would suggest waiting 45mins or so...

What are your stats? On gear?

30mins will have to do then... nothing wrong with that........

Give what I suggested a try.... calculate your macro's for the day on FitDay...

I'm sure the others will have some different opinions.......

Sounds good ... I misunderstood your timing...

Do you go to bed @ 10pm? I would try to squeeze in a pro/carb meal an hour PWO... then some whey and flax before bed... JMO.

Not sure what your goals are but I guess your dieting for fat loss? Considering AM cardio...I would drop the banana, too many really fast burning simple carbs, but I guess a banana would be good right after your weight lifting workout. Give you a decent insulin spike to help keep some more muscle. I am saying all this in the case that you are trying to drop fat, which would require lowering calories (to more than you burn everyday). If your trying to gain msucle or keep lean than it would be different. also if, and only if your trying to drop fat you can't be eating potatos, or rice, or stuff like that. Try to keep your worst meals to less than 25 carbs. Simple carbs/banana right after your workout is the only time to have carbs (simple carbs especially). The rest looks like what I would do. Make sure your taking in enough calories also, dont want to be taking in 1200 calories a day or you won't really enjoy the outcome. Keep calories just around or barely under your bodies basal rate, and use work-out and cardio to strip the rest.
