    Puffy Nipples Question

    I've had them my entire life, maybe a year and a half ago I had very slight gyno but the nipples were puffy way before then, its just something from birth. Does it mean something that I've had this my entire life, does it mean I produce more estrogen than a normal man should? Or is it just...nothing at all, simply a rare genetic trait that means nothing?
