    Mimicking public school menus?

some advise about training is that u should use free weights at first

chest- incline bench and flat bench with barbell or dumbells oh and some pushups

legs- squats, leg press and leg xtensions for ur quads and leg curls, straight leg deadlift for ur hamstrings

back- chinups or machine pulldowns, deadlifts, barbell rows or seated pully rows and hyper-xtensions

shoulders- laterial raises, military press, rear lat raises

arms- straight bar curls, and hammer curls for biceps and triceps french-press(skull crushers) and either close grps bench pres or dips
