Is it OK to freeze all soups
I start a new job this week and dont want my diet to suffer so was planning on making a big batch of soups and freezing it in portions.
Is it OK to freeze all kinds of soup ?

I make a whicked leek and potato soup, i cud eat that stuff all day and night, it doesnt do much in the form of calories though. More of a snack really

If I eat a lot of potato soup, I leak everywhere too!

I find it tastes a lot better if you mash your potato using single cream instead of mlk, it adds a little richness to it. Also Oragano enhances the flavours as I dont use salt in any of my cooking
