AoG is right, you can't slow down the absoprtion of a whey molecule, try a slow sustainded release protein like egg or milk

Fats slow the digestion of foods, so using flaxseed oil or another healthy fat in your whey protein shake would accomplish this.

Milk is nothing but pure sugar. (All of the carbs are sugar, check the label)

Ans skim milk it the MOST evil (the higher the fat content the lower the carbs). Heavy cream, is very low in carbs.

I rarely do dairy but when I do, I add water to A tea spoon of heavy cream. It doesnt taste bad, and its cold a white. I do splenda too. That stuff is awesome isn't it?

Heavy cream or light cream? Is this something that you advocate?
