    Exclamation is it possible to in ketosis &

    can you gain mass and lose fat at the same time? so far i am getting stronger and and have droped a pant size. . I m running stanozol ,trern ,test-, undnalodren undeconate. i do 20 min cardio 4 days a week and 45 min 2 days a week. I lift 5 days a week and am 5' 8" tall. stareted out at 301 ( fat) am now 265 but things are getting harder ,can you give me some help . thanks. cj

    With that cycle, sure, its possible...You probably wont gain much actuall muscle, but you will be more cut so it will look like you did, and thats all that matters, keep at it bro, good job so far!

    Yeah, w/out glycogen replinishment and carbs to begin/help in the recovery process, new muscle will be hard to come by. Keto sucks, especially if one is running all of that gear.
