    See food diet

    I have always been on the see food diet until about 4 weeks ago. Granted I am no SC with my diet but it is very clean for me. The weirdest thing is I am losing BF but my weight is the same and size has gone down, how is this possible? How is my weight the same? Anyone know what's going on?
