Super fast metabolism
I was wondering whether anyone else has a metabolism like i do it is becoming a real pain in the ass and the more muscle i gain the worse it gets.
My heaviest ever bodyweight was 245pounds i was eating 8000cals everyday to maintain this, even while on a pre contest diet the lowest my cals have ever been was 5400.
Right now i am a very lean 225 and eating 6500 calories a day all these numbers are accurate and i weigh and record what i eat on a daily basis

Its great while dieting as i never need to suffer to get in shape. But off season can become a real chore never mind the cost aspect.

LOL when I was a teenager I told the personal trainer (a bodybuilder) that I was eating 4000calories to gain mass. He laughed. I was 165lbs. I did it anyways because everyone told me tobulk big. Of course I gained a lot of flab and lots of mass, but looked like a cardboard box with love handles and had to work like hell to diet that off. I dont think anyone has a metabolism like yours, unless they are chemically aided. Or you on any cycles man.
If calculated correclty, i would burn my wallet very soon. 8000calories per day, for 12 weeks, 6000calories to maintain for the rest of the year? WOW, I wouldnt like that metabolism. Id lose mass all too fast. You must be a monster.

I don't know what the stats are for NLarge, but I totaled this up and it's only about 3,500 calories. Unless N Large is 1,000 calories per scoop, you are miscalculating something.
