OH MY GOD I made tuna bearable!!
Ok I usually eat 3-4 cans daily and it gets old after awhile so I had this packet of Taco Bell hot sauce lying here... it makes it sooooooo good, I'm going to steal a huge box from the restaraunt. Just thought I'd share it with y'all.

LOL thanks for the idea. I usually put Texas Pete's hot sauce on tuna, but I imagine the stuff from fast food places would taste a little better.

Taco Bell sells their sauces in bottles now at the supermarket. This is good for me because I can't go into Taco Bell without getting at least one grilled stuft burrito.

Tuna sucks men. No matter how you cook it up or what you add. My motto is "The more you add the longer it takes to finish" Best thing to do IMO is add vinegar and salt then......chew chew and swallow that **** w/ some crystal light, water, diet coke, etc.
However, if the sauce works for you your a lucky man. I hope it dont get old for you, but the Tuna Man is around the corner and will get you one day. Theres no escaping brother.....Ive tried

I actually love tuna when mixed with mayo but mayo doesnt exactly fit into a cutting diet, wondering how that low-fat mayo tastes, and what the nutritional facts r. I gotta start eating it plain but its so dry, ill look into this hot sauce deal

I tried tuna with Dijonnaise (a mix of mayo and dijon mustard)
It makes tuna bearable (not good, but at least I can eat it without gagging).

If u can have apiece of whole wheat bread with it, or some type of bread, sometimes i use 1 can of tuna, a VERY tiny scoop of mayo, just to make it alittle pasty, then put the piece of wheat bread in the oven/toaster with a piece of cheese on it, then when the cheese is melted u have an open faced tuna melt with very little fat/carbs

You guys that are adding chilé to foods are turning Mexican. We Mexicans put chilé on every thing, including candy. It's nothing new. It's even called dulcé de los pendejos

hot sauce definatly makes it a lot easier to get down but my favorite way to make it is:
a little fat free mayo
lemon juice
spicy pepper medly
garlic powder
cut up half an apple
(some times hot sauce)
mix all with a couple cans of tuna and its great!

Tuna, 4 egg whites, with mustard and salad cream. Add in the brown rice and you've got yourself something that has a slight comparison (taste) to a McDonalds burger. Seriously.
Try it.

I eat 2 cans a day straight out of the can. Takes me about 3 mins to eat and goes down real easy. Maybe I am just weird
