    days off

    on a day off from the gym, how much of a caloric reduction should you take from your diet???

    Myself, I don't go lower, seeing as you grow on your days off when you are resting.

    i see, good point!

    what about the pwo dextrose? should i just add another carb meal to replace the calories that i would consume form dextrose?

    if i am not mistaken you should not consume dex on an off day and if/when you do consume a pro/carb meal it should be within your first 3 meals depending on the time of the meals, your goals, etc....someone please step in if i am wrong.

    Just use the calories in the forms of other fat/protein offerings, or low-gi carbs and lean protein, using whatever dietary approach you are utilizing as your guide.
