Tonights PWO meal
Alright I went to the gym tonight from 815-1000. Afterwards i got home and had a protein shake (solid whey) 256 cals, 44g protein, 11 carbs... I also put 1/2 cup of dextrose but I cant remember how many cals or carbs are in it.
Showered and read AR for about an Hr then I was going to eat a meal.
I cooked grilled two chicken breasts but i was wondering how many carbs i should include if any?
My goal is to lean out and get some size back...
My stats
6'
199#
13-15% bf
My cycle
test 500mg for 1-16weeks
Im going to start some clen and t3 in about 2 weeks
As for my cycle im about 6 weeks in and up 15#...I would like to get to about 205-210 at 9-10%bf

Have about 75 grams of carbs in your 2nd meal as well.
U had a 1/2 cup of dextrose which is 75, so I take it that is your amount you use?

Im not sure about the amount of carbs in the dextrose but ive been putting 1/2 in my PWO meal. So ill have another 75 carbs before I go to sleep? Ive always thought that you werent suppose to eat carbs before you go to sleep on a cutting diet??
Hows oatmeal and chicken for my last meal?

The old wives tale of "no carbs after 5" or the before bed sh*t was for sedentary mother f*ckers that didn't and don't do sh*t. ( )
You and I weight train, and we place demands on our bodies. We NEED to give our body what IT needs to grow, or we are wasting time and risking injury.
Cutting is about calories and macros at the right time in the right amounts. You need carbs for your activities like this, you just have to have those amounts figured into your overall plan of attack.
