I use it sometimes myself, it's fine IMO..........

Also, try and use Extra Virgin, the quality is much better.......
Olive tastes worse than flax IMHO.
Even extra virgin.
Flax has a good nutty flavor.

i'm pretty sure flax doesnt have omega three fatty acids in it... it is only omega sixes...
the reason you take flax seed oil is for the omega 3's as well as the sixes and nines... if olive oil does not have the three in it... then i wouldnt substitute...
