I eat 2 cans of tuna w/ full fat mayo ED at work, but not before bed... never have because I couldn't stand that taste in my mouth even after brushing my teeth before bed...
I would cut down on the amount of mayo myself... I only use 2reg. tbslp...
Other than that, IMO it should be ok, unless you're trying to be really strict...
I prefer a whey shake w/ 2tbs. of Udo' Oil before bed personally.... sometimes I have some eggwhites instead of whey, with some natty PB....
