just wondering about protien needs
Ok so I'm just about ready to start and I reviewed the "unoffical how to bulk diet". I just want to post a sample diet in here and let people see if it looks alright for what I intend to do.
Stats
Age: 25
Body weight: 180
Height: 5'9"
Body fat: around 15%
Goals: want to bulk up 15 pounds than cut off at least 5 pounds of fat.
Gear: Test enthanate 250 and Deca 200
Schedule
Mondays and Thrusdays Test E at 250mgs and Deca at 200mgs, weekly intake of 500mgs for Test and 400mgs for Deca
Run the Test E for 12 weeks while only running the Deca for 10 weeks. I believe the PCT will start 1 week after the last shot of Test E.
My BMR according to harris benedict formula is 2934 which means I need around 3500 a day inorder to gain weight.
Meal 1 pro/ carb: at 3:15 am
6 eggs only 2 yolks, 2 slices non fat cheese, 1 cup oatmeal
Meal 2 Whey protien shake at 6:00 am ( break at work)
Meal 3 pro/ fat: 9:15 am
1 can of tuna with whole fat mayo, 1 tblspn of flax, 1 cup broccolli
Meal 4 pro/carb:11:45 am
8oz of chicken breast, 1 cup of brown rice, veggies
Meal 5 AST VP2 shake 15 minutes before workout at 2:00pm
Meal 6 Nitro-Tech shake for PWO at 3:00pm
Meal 7 pro/fat: at 5:30pm
8oz of lean protein source with 2 tbsp of natural peanut butter
Meal 8 before bed at 8:30pm
3 scoops of optimum nutrition whey protein, 1.5 tbsp of flax seed oil
Sleep than start it all over again.

well got alot of comments on that one. What would happen if I added 35 mg of d bol to the mix. Think that would be enough or should I add more food to the diet.....

3 scoops of optimum nutrition whey protein, 1.5 tbsp of flax seed oil 66g pro is kinda high especially since its a whey isolate, i would reccommend lean meat or caesin protein something that isnt so readily absorbed and will last throughout the night like tuna'n'flax or big thing of salmon.
