Is this a good cutter
I'm 226 5'9. I'm doing cardio 5-6 times a week 45-60 min,low intensity.
Here it is, my main concern with it is that it is not enough calories.,
9am-1.5 cans tuna, 2 tbspn flax
12pm-7oz chicken 1 cup oatmeal
3pm-1.5cans tuna, 2 tbspn xtra virgin olive oil
6pm-2scoop pro and dex
7pm-7oz chicken 8ounce yam
10pm-1.5 scoop milk isolate, 1 scoop whey 1tbspn flax
It comes out to about 320pro/95fat/210 carb 2975calories

The calories don't look bad for that weight actually, but you can't tell by those amounts if that's what you are truly getting. Sure doesn't add up to me.......

That's been 12 hours, not two weeks. )
If you want my opinion, I'd suggest replacing your noon meal with another pro/fat meal. Everything else looks good, but I'm not sure your calorie calculation is correct.
Take your own advice, run this for a couple of weeks and see what happens.
