PWO Help!
My aim at the moment is is losing fat/getting ripped. I am around 15% bodyfat. Should i still consume a Post Workout shake with dextrose after doing a "cardio only" workout or not? And what about a PPWO meal?
Any help would be great guys!

NO!!
Cardio is intended to start lipolysis and consuming a high carb meal afterwards will stall the process completely. Keep your meals pro/fat after cardio.

no dex after cardio. If pro/fat you can eat 30 minutes....if pro/carb (oats-low gi) eat 45-60 mins after cardio.

Not so fast my friend. Here are some simple rules to follow:
1) Eat protein during Every meal.
2) NEVER eat JUST protein. Always combine it with fat or carbs.
3) NEVER combine fat and carbs in the same meal.
So, it's either pro/fat or pro/carb.
In this case you may want a tablespoon or two of flax oil or some vatural peanut butter with your shake.

Ahh right. Thanks guys. I tried Flaxseed oil, but it made me gip
Is natural peanut butter just peanut butter with no salt? Its hard to find here in the UK!

It's peanut butter with no sugar. The ingredients should say JUST PEANUTS. It may have a little salt. But regular peanut butter is loaded with sugar.

Swole Cat: Here in the UK it means "Made me feel sick" or vomit. I couldn't stand the taste! Maybe i should just get Flaxseed in pill format? :O

Nah, flax pills suck and they are usually 1000mgs each, meaning you have to take 14 each time just to get 1 TBSP. of oil or 14 grams of fat.
Not cost effective, and not fun.
Why not just take the shot of oil, then chase it w/your ice cold shake?
You'll never taste it.
C'mon, it's your body/health/look we are talking about here. 10 seconds out of your day to do this ain't gonna kill ya!

I put the oil in mine, yup!
Many complain that they can still taste it, or that it makes the shake slimy, which is why I chose to bypass advising to just throw it IN the shake.
But I agree, it's easy and I do it.

God, that must have been bad!
I tried the flaxseed oil in my shake a few times, but just couldn't stomach it! I threw it in the bin! Might have another go at trying to take it.
Try "drinking" this: 1 tin of tuna, 1 tin of salmon, 1 banana, half a cup of oats, flaxseed oil, 5 egg whites and a slice of cheese... Blend for a smooth, creamy and delicious shake ....lol
