    Fat question

What do most take in for fat in their diets, just curious. Just wondering how many grams for each lbs of weight you are when it comes to cutting fat. I know you need fat to lose it, but what is a good measure for this.

u take more on non lifting days b/c of the lack of carbs?

Fat around 100g on lifting days probably more on non-lifting since two meals are pro/fat instead of pro/carb. I use mayo/flax/almonds/ranch/eggs/natty pb/turkey sausage
