    please check lean mass diet

    was up guys. I am 204lbs about 11%BF. Hows this diet look to you?

    Meal 1

    1 scoop simple egg whites
    2 cups akins milk
    1 1/2 cups shredded wheat
    1 banana

    Meal 2

    5 oz chicken
    4 tbsp salad dressing
    2oz part skim cheese

    Meal 3

    1 1/2 cups converted rice
    1 cup broccoli
    5 oz chicken breast

    Meal 4 pre-workout

    2 scoops whey isolate
    1/2 cup oatmeal raw
    1 whole egg (for oatmeal pancake)

    Meal 5 post-workout

    90g dextrose
    2 scoop whey isolate (48G)

    Meal 6 PPWO

    4.50oz chicken
    1 cup white rice

    Meal 7 BEDTIME

    2 scoops whey
    1.50 flaxseed oil

    TOTALS ....PRO-357g CARBS-390 FAT -93 CALS-3628

    At a glance that doesn’t look to bad, loos the shredded wheat at brc, and go with some oats and egg whites try to make up your breakfast of real food, loos the egg protein scoop, loos the milk altogether, P.W.N looks ok. Maybe some more e.f.a omega3, like oily fish salmon ect, ect, just M.O
